What are these channels for?

Hi All,

I am in the telewest (yorkshire) area and just done a scan for new channels. What I have found is that there are a few "BTVService" channels appearing (eg BTVService001, BTVService002, etc).

Some of them just have some bloke counting down numbers (strange). However, after watching ?BTVService001? for a while, I have realised it is BBC Sports news! Now normally I don?t get BBC Sports News channel when doing a scan.

So, what?s going on! Are these channels just temporary, or can I put them into my own bouquet (eg under sport) and rename?

Whilst on the subject there are some Other NVOD channels as well?..

I have done a quick search, but it has not revealed anything (I even tried googling it).

These are the just the channels (mainly BBC)you would access from the red button on a legit box, i.e. news, sports, music etc. Nothing more interesting than that im afraid.
