Can i flash dbox2 without rs323 cable

hiya chaps
its been a while now but just dusted of my old dbox2 and want to flash with best img for it
what would be the best img and the second thing
can it be done with optiflasher //dreamup e1 over the net rather than using rs232 cable( I have 1 but I would need to dig out old PC for it )
and is a tut available to do it via the methods mentioned

If you have the box ip address....ftp file(latest commando image on this forum) into temp folder and flash through remote
