dbox menu

Hi Guys need some help from you my friend has a dbox and he has been playing about with it now all the menu screen has disapeared. If you press the dox button all you see is main menu,and its like half the red,green.yellow and blue and thats it is there any way to restore the settings back to normal as you can see any of the menu

What do you mean when he just see's the main menu? What is missing from his menu?
Do's he see settings menu/service menu/reboot/shutdown at the bottom?

Aint any thing there mate he said he tried to make the menu bigger and in made it smaller all you see when you press dbox is Main menu.

So there is only one line of text on view that says main menu ? Theres nothing else there.

On his screen can see loads of little lines under the menu? If so then do this.
Tell him to do this press the dbox button then press 4 it should say settings at the top if so then press 7 it will say color settings then press blue it will say font size settings then tell him to scroll down to the last line and press ok. this will reset it back to default.

You were a little bit wrong should have been 2 after dbox then 8 but its working fine now thanks alot for your help

No problems m8... I am using a different image they are usually the same but least you got it sorted.
