hi. ive put the com 11.3 into my box, ftpd the keys and cams over, chmod to 755 but only get fta channels. is there any advice out there

Have you set location and scanned?

Also try changing your Ucode. where did you get the roms from, you sure you placed them into right folder. Try and get the roms from a different source and try them. try changing Ucode 1st

i got the roms from a link in here for the real magic keys. i put them in var/bin/emu and var/keys. also lib/

Check that the files are in there correctly on the dbox. Just double check you wouldn't have probls if done correctly

how do i check on the dbox as there is no tuxbox commander

Use the ftp proggy and check they are in the right folders and you have chmod 755 the cam and lib files.

done everything that yous have said. all in right folders and chmod 3 that i had to . set my area scan done bruteforce but still only fta. my head is pounding now. im trying to find someone with it done so i can extract it from there box, put into mine and see where i am going wrong

have you enabled evocam in the softcam menu and then leave it on a blank ch for 5 mins.

yep ur cams should be in there sure u put them in the var/bin/emu and not created an emu folder bin/emu.......

when i done it i double clicked var then bin then emu and i put them in there and i double clicked var then keys and put the keys in there. chmod the cams then scanned

strange u haven't accidently changed any other files, check the profile file in the /etc/ folder, has it got this

export PATH="/sbin:/bin:/var/bin:/var/bin/emu"

maybe best to reflash the raw img and start again
