Are you flashing it with the same image? or are you using a different one?

Doe's the box get stuck at the image logo when you boot it up?
If so then you will have to use Ifa to flash it as a ftp program will not work.

        Edit:
the led on the box is ~~~~ed so its hard to see when the flash is finished if at all
That is the problem then you are not letting the flash finish before you switch it off.

As above if it's stuck on the boot screen then you will have to use Ifa but cause you cannot see the lcd to see if it is flashing then you will have to use a null modem cable aswell as a xover cable so you can see the boot log so you will know when the flash as started.

If just using a xover cable it can take up to 15mins for Ifa to flash your box so just give it that bit longer as you cannot see the lcd.
Then you will know for sure it as finished.....

It sounds like the image you are using is corrupt. D/load a fresh image then try again see if that works. If not then try a different version of Ifa

used ifa to flash image but also connected to portable dvd player to see ifa screen shot and use null modem and xover cables to see progress...
