    blade quad

    i have flashed my box with blade quad but i have come across a problem how do i do a channel scan most images i have used before have a fast scan off option this on does not
    it scans for about 30 seconds and says no transponders
    is there any files i can overwrite from my other dbox which
    has a working image lincsat 7,25
    to save doing a channel scan or are there any read me files about to help with my scanning issues thanks

    Have you done the setmylocation via the blue button then tried a fast scan or just
    copy your bouquets and services files from var/tuxbox/config/zapit on the working box and ftp them to the other one then go to the services menu and reload channels lists

      yeah, like fergal says set your location first to put the correct scan entries in - then reboot.

      it might not be called 'fast scan' in some older images it was called 'selection scan' - either way, it'll only work if you have the freq/netid settings for your area in - otherwise you'll have to do a brute force scan

        Blade quad you press blue button and choose set my location and thejob is doen for you when box boots up.
