dodgy remote

i bought a new remote for my sagem put the batteries in and ..nothing well to start then it would work ...but everytime i picked the control back up after a spell it wouldnt work again and would only work after pressing the question mark button ...its as if it had to reprogram itself each time i picked it up .
ive since contacted the supplier as its stoped working all together .

amyone else had a similar prob ?...anyone recommend a control for the sagem dbox instead of the standard one ?

Im using a universal remote from Asda. its the Gemini 4 in 1 universal remote. i got to say it is a top remote never had a problem with it.

Im runnig my Sagem of it and also started to use my TV and DVD player of it aswell.

Great remote, would recommend it!

I remeber going into asda and having a look at the remote. its no longer called Gemini, its changed names but the remote looks exactly the same.
