nokia HW problem

Hi All,

I've 2 nokia sat dbox2 with the same problem. When I'm plugin the power cable there is nothing on the LCD (just backlight), and after I try to switch on with button there is also nothing on LCD and on the TV screen.
I was plugged my laptop to the COM port with a tested null modem cable and I see just junk characters in Hyperterminal like these: |||||ŁŁłŁł. It looks when the speed is not correct in serial communication, so I changed the speed from 9600 to 57600 and 2400 without success.
I don't know the IP address the machine so I can't telnet os ssh into.

So I opened the box to check the voltage what I find here:
Spannungen
and in the schematic diagram.
All the voltage are correct except one: at the tuner PIN1.
As zou can see in the link above the voltage must be 13-18V at PIN1 and I measured 0.4V!
I tried to connect another box to the output of this box (loop) but the voltage was not changed (still 0.4).

I checked the D2, D3, and D4 diodes and all looks OK. The 19V and 23V also OK on TF3.

Do You have any idea?
Can somebody measure the voltage on PIN1 on the SAT tunner please?
Is it a HW problem?

wat exactly are you trying to do the box, is the box cable or sat?

I don't know the history of the box. It's absolutely not working, I bought in this state and I'm trying to repair it.
This is a Sat box.
Exactly i'm not 100% sure this is a hardware failure. I think something happened when the previous owner trying to put to debug mode. And the bootloader has corrupted. (maybe).
In this case is there any JTAG sw&hw for dbox2?
Or any other idea?

Have a read of PT-1'S guide it explains everything you need to know about the dbox and you might find your answer in there good luck.........

I found a site with PT's Helpfile but the version is just v1.63. There I found my box's symptom under deadbox section . But there is just description of the problem and a possible causes without solution.
Is there any solution in version 2.0 Helpfile?
Can somebody write me down how to solve this (incorrect flashing) problem?
