Help with flashing LHC image

Hi all,

New to the forum, I have flashed the new LHC image onto the box but could not get the encrypted channels.
So followed instructions on the forrum and dowloaded the magic files.
That did not make any difference.

Would it be possible please send me all the links neccesary to have it working correctly(i.e all files required to work with the LHC image)

have u changed the cams attributes to 755?

I have done that (made sure the chmod the cams to 755) but no joy.

I think to resolve i will need to compare the actual image and files that i have with a working one. So i will know which files are missing .
Or it would help to have a full working image with all files required to send to me.

So i can flash the image again and transfer all required files...

But how do we know you'd do all that (if someone sent you a fully working testing / educational image)? You might just booger off and watch free TV, never to be heard from again!

Well that is true!!!

but as i am a new bee with the Dbox and i have just managed to flash the LhC image,transferred the magic files and it is not working.

I thought i could get help from VIP member like you ?
But i don't think that is going to happen now ?

Well, we can start by you telling us exactly which magic files you have transferred to your LHC image, and to which folders, please.

The magic files that i have transferred are :
Var _keys
VAr_bin_Emu
And lib

In the follwing folder resepectively

Keys
Bin
and lib

I have change the attribute of evocam and mgcam to 755.

Got the remote control and press Blue button
But did not get option MgCamd & Evocamd option

You did not transfer the folders did you as that wont work, you transfers the files that are in the folders to the respective folders on the box.
