blade trinity help!!!!!!!

ive put blade trinity on my dbox2 x2 and im not able to get sly sports 1 and sum film channels.
could sum 1 pls advise me on were im goin wrong???
pls note i am a noob at this stuff

Have you pressed the blue button and done the setmylocation then after it reboots do a scan.

yeah ive done all that it scans finds transponders finds channels but sum are missin ie sky sports 1 /news and sum movie channels.

ive heard about sum magic keys or sumthing ????
do you think thats what i need?

if you are getting sly sports 2/3 etc then you dont need the magic keys. try a direct feed to your box with no splitters to see if you have a signal strength issue
