PIN for Commando 3.0

Hi all, just got hold of a SAGEM with Neutrino and Commando 3.0. Obviously it is not doing much and I was trying to flash it with a later image using FTP. I have managed to move a Sporster image in the /temp folder of the dbox. However when I go to 'Service'in the menu, I am being asked for a PIN, which I do not have. I have tried the other 2 methods but haven't been successful, so have decided to try SmartFTP. Any idea how to get into the 'Service' part of the menu?

Looking forward to your replies as I am sure someone out ther has the solution.

There are 2 methods to find the pincode on a dbox2

either ftp into var/tuxbox/config and view neutrino.conf, look for parentallock_pincode=####

the #### is the pincode.

If you want you can do it from the dbox
Choose Tuxbox Commander
var ok
tuxbox ok
config ok
scroll down to neutrino.conf ok
then scroll down to the line, it is in alphabetical order.
