Dbox- No power , no green led

My friend's box has no power going to it, no green led or lcd coming on.

It all happened when he pulled out the euro two pin mains plug quickly from the mains socket, when he saw telepest warning on screen.
We have tried to change the internal fuse, but this didn't fix it.

Question.

What else can we check?

Does anyone have a picture on the internal fuse.

The silly sod has probably damaged the 2 pin plug internally by yanking it out. Just cut it off and use a normal 3 pin UK plug (earth not used) and all will be fine.

Suddenly cutting the mains power to a dbox does NOT harm the dbox internally! And tell your m8 to ignore the stupid messages; VM cannot see his dbox on their system!

Is your friend using a shaver adaptor to convert the two pin european plug into a three pin British plug as this also contains a 3amp fuse......
