Newbie needs help

Hi total newbie to this got a nokia dbox2 from germany. does scan picks up nothing running blade trinnity by xenafan v 5.00 but 2007? Do i need to reflash with newer image? go into keys and there are none there how do you download keys can i get a prog that auto inserts keys? should I flash with commando?
