All channels unavailable

Hello everyone

I live in Teesside NTL area and my dobx2 with lakys sylas image has lost all channels and doesn't find any on a rescan?

Please can anyone help?

net id 40973 is not working, mine froze while i was watchin

I live in the Ilford area. Woke up this morning to find no channels available - not even FTA. Did rescan using fast scan and also did a full scan. Transponders found, channels found, although provider comes up as unknown during the fast scan, and blank during full scan. Still no channels available afterwards, and message comes up suggesting I re-scan!

Anyone got any ideas? I didn't think they were doing anything in my area yet.

There has been problems with the Virgin network accross some parts of the country. Have you checked the status page m8.

I just checked my boxes, only one not working is the dBox... my pace are fine and my broadband is all a okie :-(

btw im in east london, had the same prob as dragon... service status shows nothing for both our areas, only SW and TW postcode in london.

Dbox down but not out

My dbox went down last night like many others I presume. I'm in the Essex area.
The problem is after I did a scan I got all my channels back but only in alphabetical order. I overwrote the bouquets and epg filter xml files with my previous setup but then the channels dissapear again. I am guessing transponders have changed with the service scan but i dont know.
Basically I dont want to have to manually set all my channels into their bouquets again. Going into settings and telling the box to do VM bouquet style has no effect.
Is this a problem with commando 11.3.07 or can I use another way so my bouquets are recognized correctly by the next service scan.

you have to set it to VM style THEN do the full scan.

I did set to VM style before scan but still the channels come back alphabetical order.

You've probably lost your bouquets now. Have you backed them up? If not you could have a rather large job on your hands setting them up.

I did backup my bouquets but like I said when i update them I the channels dont work even tho the bouquets load correctly....so the only way to get the channels operational again is to scan....only the scan sets them up alphabetically again...so i guess I have 2 do them manually...but was hoping there was another way....wheres AL when u need him??
