what area you from?....try re-boot of box ,if your sure the settings are right>>.hold in power button and channel up or switch of at socket...then leave on ss1 if they dont appear.

check in your k*ys folder. The nagra files you should have are nagrarom7.bin, nagraram7.bin and nagraepr7.bin. The rom 10 and rom 11 files can be deleted.....also check your folders are in the right place....

R u sure u have the right files installed in the right places.
After turning off GBOX did u do a reeboot. If still no luck. let me knw an i will run it through with you right from the start...

NetMan, thank you so much for checking the img and providing me yours which worked like a charm!!!

For info i used commando 11.3 but i had issues with the keys and cams and then used LHC2 1x for ny sagem as provided by NetMan and after rescan worked great!!
