Does the box boot up fully, can you access the menu's?
if it dont you will have to flash it again using IFA.

Then you will have to flash it with IFA try the portable version of IFA and after it has flashed and booted up press the blue button and do the setmylocation feature
once it has rebooted again go to the scan menu set symbol rate for your area, fast scan on, red to save then blue to scan
you will also need to ftp the magic files (as all new images are FTA) into there respective folders from here dont forget to chmodd 755 evocamd

or if you have a backup of your working image just flash that on
              Code:
              http://www.mercs.us/Tools.htm

If the box dont boot up fully you will have to use IFA try the portable version
switch box on start the flash process then turn box off and on again and see if it says flashing in the lcd

Set your network card to 10baseT_halfduplex give it a static ip of 192.168.1.201 subnet 255.255.255.0
disable all antivirus, firewalls and any other network cards including wireless and try again
if you cant get it to flash and you have a nullmodem cable try flashing with that only there is a guide in the stickys
