No Sly Sport 1 (using brute or fast scan)

used the following instructions, but there's no Sly Sport 1 after the scan. used brute force and fast scan.

is there anything missing?

1) On your Remote Control use the Blue Button.
2) Click on Commando System Menu
3) Click on Set My Location For Fast Scanning
4) Choose your location from the List
5) Click on dbox Button on your remote Control
6) Choose Service (5)
7) Click on Service Scan
8) Click on Start Scan
9) Go to Sly Sport 1
