Help a Noob

Hi i live in east kilbride and have a dbox2 with laky pro.

Last night i had a couple of channels missing, like sky screen 1 and 2, so i tried a scan to get them back but all my channels got lost.

Can anyone help me the guy i bought it from has since moved abroad so i don't have a clue who to get help from, so i came here.

Hi, try clicking the menu button on your remote and scroll down and re-start box, or click the blue button on your remote twice and scroll down and press re-boot this may get them up and running again....
