    stop voice over on some channels

    hi i have read the way to get rid of the voice over on dm500 but i have a nokia dbox2 can any one advise how to stop the running commentry on certain channells thanks mial

            Commando 11.3 - Settings > Audio Menu lets you switch OFF Audio Description forever

              hi pressed green all i go was music channel with neutrino across screen am i missing something thanks mial

                remote / dbox /settings /keybinding /tv radio set that to none/ save on exit then grn will work

                  thank you psats worked a treat if only more could take time to explain a newbie question, being a newbie, and probabley like a lot of other newbies,you feel you might be asking a very easy question, and sometimes will not ask, it is only easy if you know the answer, so please be patient to newbies thank you mial ps i know a lot of you are

                    Glad you're sorted, but as already stated above, the best option is to reflash with Commando 11.3 - where this AD crap is already turned OFF globally, thanks to LraiZer's wonder-diff!! You will be doing this on a per-channel basis; a pain the butt...

                    You can also Upgrade C11.3 to the very latest version 11.3.11 using the instructions and files available in this Forum.

                      ok.. what about if you don't want to falsh to commando 11 but still want to get rid of the audio narration..??

                      how would you go about doing that.?

                            For the visually impaired, it's not fun- but vital. Which is why T-C give you the option to switch it ON globally, as well as OFF (which is default). The old 'per channel' switching still works too, via the green Audio button.

                            This feature cannot be added to existing images as a bolt-on nor Plugin. It is extra stuff hard-coded into the neutrino binary itself.
