Strange Purple Screen??

Hi All
Im a total newbie to Dbox but have managed to Flash over Blade Quad using IFA 3. Now the problem is firstly the screen and all the text has went a purple ish colour and secondly the channels are all showing up in the EPG but none are working apart from the terrestrial freeview channels. I believe its something to do with keys?
Can some one help please, but keep the language simple as Im a bit of a dunce when it comes to this?

hi prognosis,just a thought for the purple screen have you tried altering your video settings? think its in dbox/settings/video and you need to scroll through the different video options available of the top of my head i think they are something like svcd,rgd,cvbs or summit similar had a few similar problems with a portable tv although the screen was green not purple and changing to one of the different video options sorted this...as for the other part of your post i would try to get hold of a good tutorial sure there are plenty available on here but im new so havent had a good look yet but i believe all images posted now have no roms or keys in them to keep it all above board and legal you will need these and them have to ftp to your box and place them in the correct directories....sorry if this is all gibberish to you and if so i think your starting point should be finding a good setting up your dbox tutorial anyway hopes this helps
