gbox swap function

sprru vergal i meant it is in var bin emu however when i 755 it and i connect it and i click on attributes the boxes are not ticked anymore and cna you please tell me what files i have to copy and where to, cheers

Metman has told you in post 9 what files you need,were they go and which ones need the attributes changing
do 1 file at a time.

also u will need the gbox cam and camd2 in the /vbar/bin/emu folder (chmod 755)
and the gbox_cfg file in the /var/key folder

VERGAL !!! hi, i can flash to the temp however i flashed it like 4 times now and someitmes it will let me copy everything to teh key folder but nothing to the bin emu folder !!!

A very important point has been overlooked so far, regarding the gbox_cfg file.

If this line is in there:

A: { 02 }

then gbox will still try to AU, and create bum keys and black screens. You MUST edit this line to read:

A: { 00 }

so that it cannot AU!! If there's a keyroll, and you have FTA only, it's simply a case of switching back to evocamd, wait for the AU, then keycopy again, and switch back to gbox.

I seem to remember that the \/irgin+ 2.1 Lite image did all this for you? ie: Starting gbox automatically runs the keycopy process.

I do believe that is what I said.

So long as the user doesn't charge in like a bull in a china shop and delete or overwrite the SymLinks found in /var/keys AND sticks to the 'official' Lost Property Dept magic add-in files to be found here
