Sagem DBox tuner

I have 2 sagem dboxs both single chip one black one grey have flashed images onto these and all work as they should but on the black sagem whatever image i use i have tried loads the picture freezes and chirps after its been left on a chanel for an hour or two but on the grey box its fine have truied all different things changing cams gbox etc is this a sign of a knackered tuner is it time to bin the box

could be over heating - try removing the modem, giving it a dust inside to increase airflow, keep it cool.

however, sagems are known for generally having crap tuners and with N3 on it's way - i'd send it on it's way to silicon heaven
