Can't Flash Box

Hi,

I'm trying to flash one of my dboxs using ifa, crossover and rs232 cable. I've had this setup working fine on one of my dboxs box but the other freezes with a flashing block on the 'beta research' screen on the lcd.

Any ideas?

Post what it says in the com window of ifa when you try to flash it if you get no data are you sure you are using a nullmodem cable aswell as your crossover.

Yes, using a crossover and a null modem, works fine on other boxes. it doesn't seem to make a network call until the 'LADE...' screen is up. This dbox freezes before that so no data
