DBOx HELP Kien system Error

Hello Thankyou for all of you to help me and answer my question

Q1 My Dbox not working properly and it hangs all the private channel after few seconds but bbc and other are working fine i tried myself and done something wrong.When i restart the box its says kien system which mean no system and its show nothing at all ?? Can you please sort me out this weekend thanks again ???
I have got nokia DBox and its say Neutrino AND IMAGE WAS LAKEY SOMETHING NOW ON THE CLI SCREEN I AM GETTING ALL THE NUMERIC CODE BUT IN THE END ITS SAYS KIEN SYSTEM

it would have been faster for you to use the search button up there ^^^^ m8.
