sagam dbox2 with no signal output

av been looking through the forum for the past few weeks and learned a lot here so cheers guys

but now i am stuck i have my dbox up and running fine but i tryed to fix a friends today it seems to be in dbug mode but there is no picture feed coming out the scart ???

it was sold on the bay as in dbug mode i.e. kein system
bmon 1.0 mid03 feid 00 enxid03 fpid 52 dsid 01 - ........

i have never seen anything like this before any help or advice would be great

is it actually working, are you getting anything on the screen. Have tried connecting through your pc with yweb.

nothing on the tv at all mate its like the box is turned off
but the front lcd is lighting up fine

and as for the yweb thing am just away to google that

sorted the box was in debug but had never been flashed
so i flashed it and it working fine
