Nokia D Box 2 (Code)

Hi ive got this nokia D Box 2 for my friend,i know my way around most boxes,i know how to scan them,but this one keeps asking for a 4 digit pin code,this is unknown to my friend so we cant get into the menus,another friend has tried to re flash it but its just thee same wee cant get by this code to get into the menus.

any help is appreciated

Have you tried all th 0's or 1's
what image is on the box.

use tuxbox commander

navigate to /var/tuxbox/config/neutrino.conf chk "personalize_pincode-xxxx"

other than that use ifa to flash new img.
