lost all channels in gateshead

lost allmy channels on my dbox and dream box today is this the end for gateshead??

lost mine on eurovox just re scanned for channels and hey presto all back, seems a few peeps are having this problem on all types of boxes

update... done a rescan and all fine now

I'm in Gateshead too, no channels now, scanned several times, but nowt, anybody got ant suggestions?

same here, rescanned all back but all boquets needed setting back. Now 80% of EPG's aren't showing
