HELP ...?

Hi Everyone

i was wondering if anyone could help me (incase the title didnt already mean that )

My friend has got a box and his channels went down the other day same as everyone elses but i did a factory reset and changed the freq to 6887 and 755.000 and the channels came back on but then later that nite the channels went off again

The thing is he still get bbc news etc... channels like that but when i do the same again it just doesnt bring the channels back they scan them but dont show a picture it come up "scambled 0000" on the channels the thing i need help with is i dnt have a clue what the box is called??

I a silver box and it says DVB on it with an LCD screen aswell that the best i can decribe it there is no other writing on the whole box they say its a german box or something? but no clue ???

just wondering if anyone has the same box and if anyone can help me get it working again please?!?

hi m8 his area could have gone n3, hence no channels, the other reason for no channels is the image is no good anymore so it needs a new one flashing on..

Nah hes not in N3 coz its the same area as me and mine is working and with the flashing thing coz its an old box there no were to put any null cables in to it to flash it its a weird old box
