back up dbox2?

with the help of all you guys i have just got my box working great, however somewere along the line in the many posts i have read, someone advised backing up the image and saving it to my pc , how do i do this, and is there a guide i can download.

Easy m8, depending which image you have on press dbox button then service, image backup expert functions,backup one partition,flash without bootloader.
the backup will be in tmp folder on your box connect with flashfxp or simlar and copy to pc, job done.
