i think i have a tuner problem help!

i have just bought a second dbox2 cable,and cannot find any channels
not even free 1s tried diff images still the same ,is this a tuner problem?????

hi m8 press red on ur dbox remote scroll down to ber/snr/sig there it will tell u if ur tuner is ok or not...
