Dbox2 Squeak

Hi all. Ive got a dbox2 loaded with Linksat 2x full. it works ok unless I'm using my pc or iPhone to access the net. Then it crackles and squeaks and the picture freezes, rather annoyingly. Any ideas or suggestions?

I'd say that one (or more) of your cable connector ends is naff, with the outer braided screen not giving continuity. Therefore external radio interference is being picked up by the central copper conductor that carries the digital signals.
