need help to install firmware on DBOX

hi everyone i knew to this have no idea where to start from i have DOBOX and need help how to install the firmware and where to get the firmware from

the images you need are in downloads but you wont be able to access them untill you have made at least 5 genuine posts also the first thing yo need to get is a crossover cable.
