dbox-pc no video in vista

hi im trying to set this up so i can watch the footy when the kids have claimed the tv for whatever ive installed the latest klite codecs

got vlc 0.8.6
the latest yweb
am using blade quad

when i use the live tv option or stream to vlc i get nothing,on live tv it shows me the channels ase there laid out on the dbox which leads me to belive its set up right

i get the option to change channels ext but i get no video or audio ive got the feeling im missing something simple but can i buggery figure it out

help please seriously i cant deal with more spongebob movie

ok after a bit of fannying around i can get the image to stream to vlc via the m2v file but no audio

and still nothing doing in live view of yweb
