filezilla

Tryin to ftp files over from dbox with commamdo image i have prog filezilla it says carnt connect .My box ip ends in 03 put in ip in properties box on compu ends 02
what do i put in for host user password bit confused on windows 7 op

i suppose why bother my d box will be obsolete at the end of june 2010! as merseyside goes SMART
but i miss my sky sports news! and am trying to get the channel back

Not to sure about filezilla, but have heard of problems with it. I would use flashfxp
