Help needed

Hi guys,

I have just been given a Sagem Dbox dv3. Apparantly it was given to a family friend to flash but he couldnt do it. Now i have it but i cant get any channels at all with it.
What can i do? Ive tried to download a guide from here but i dont have enough privledges (whys that)

Wait 20 minutes and you will be able to download.

80% of the country is now on N3 encryption. Once this is rolled out there will be no use for these boxes as there is no forware to unscramble n3.

Might be too late for your box. Use the search box at the top of the page and put in it nagra 3.

You will be able to download soon m8, the server needs to update, which is every 15 mins or so

My dad received his new card the other day, does this mean our area has already switched? I was only going to use the box until i have sky installed next couple of weeks

No but it will be a matter of a few weeks till the channels dissapear.

Sorry for being so numb but i havent got a clue what im doing.
The screen on the box is the debug one, its doing nothing but this.
Ive tried the IFA but it just says waiting for dbox start. Im using a cross over cable.
Also to make matters harder, he hasnt giving me the remote so i cant get the ip address of the box.

Anything i can do?

You will need a remote sooner rather than later, get one of fleabay m8. Then come back to this thread
