D-box- lost all but maybe 1 or 2 channels...

guys...i know you've seen this all over the shop on here but i'm in serious need of some expert help regarding my D-Box.

I have no idea which version it is but it has a sticker on the back which says: D810 so guessing thats the model version.

I'm not a programmer or anything and have tried my best at checking this area of the forum for ways of trying to get my channels back either by replacing the image file with an updated one or changing the code etc, but have no idea what i'm doing...

We have a VM box downstairs and already pay subscription...this is an extra box i was given and up till recently began loosing channels...now i have no channels just about!

I am wondering if anyone is around the East Midlands who i could pay to have the box re-coded?
No idea if northampton has Nagra3 yet...

I'm pretty desperate to get my channels back...

If you have had a new card posted to you
In the previous weeks ,for your VM box
Theres a good chance you been nagged.
You should still get 1to 5 on your d box though
Is your sub running 3.7 firmware .....................Paul

not had a new card from VM...and the box i have hasn't had any type of update in over a year.I've put up with losing channels here and there because the channels i mainly watch are mtv and sci fi...but now i have lost everything including 1-5 and the movie channels which i had most of.I'm wondering if someone can work their magic on...make it up to date in regards to the software or whatever makes it tick and if it still doesnt work...then i'll call it a day and just use it to watch 1-5+freeview channels which haven't been encrypted with nag3.Sorry to be a pain...but i dont know anyone that has the skills to do this properly and i guess i'd rather trust someone who has had the experience with these boxes...
