Dbox2 Sagem x2 No Scart Out

Hi I have a sagem dbox2 with x2 chipset,
Seems the video out is up the shoot,
Have tried a reflash etc - naff all out of the scart :
any ideas or schematic may help to diagnose if voltage/circuit issue to output

Do you see the dbox menus and no picture or nothing at all and is it the same on both scart outputs also when using the 2nd scart out you might have to manually switch your tv to av1 or av2
