Dbox2 no prem channels on cable

I have just got a new dbox2 i was told it was debugged and flashed with neutrino! however when i do a scan on the channels i get loads but i can only pick up free-view ones does anyone think iv been sold a duff box or is their anything i can do as i have been all around the internet and don't seem to find the right answer, is their anyone who can help me with this we have changed the cable provider to this area to the same as my mates one who lives around the corner.

Copy your mates image to your box, if it is of the same chip type

I'm in Stockport, Sportster pro it shows on the display is this what u need as im very new to this. ok just spoke to my mate he seems to think his is an older box and he has Sportster ultra on his.. the guy i bought it off said it should go straight on but no joy

the full ****ry is now on nagra 3 no fix for this as yet
