Dbox2 - Channels keep freezing/going missing

I have a nokia dbox2. It has a sportster image on it and it was working fine for like the first 5 months. After that Some channels stopped working although they stayed in the list. Some channels just dissapeared from the list and i couldnt scan for them until recently. And the channels that i got back after they dissapeared freeze almost all the time. The channels that usually go missing are the discovery channels and they also freeze. A couple of days ago sky sports has stopped recieving a signal and its really annoying because the world cup is starting!!

I want to download a new image and put it onto my box but im a total beginner with dboxes. i got mine set up when i received it. Could someone please post on here what the best guides are for beginners and also why my channels might be freezing? Furthermore, what are the best images to watch sports, cartoons and asian channels?

i think your area is nag 3 going by your other post asking what happens if you dont put card in,if so your box is not fixable

I live in Birmingham and they havent sent any cards around yet so is there a change that it isnt nag3 yet?
