hi dbox2 problem

hi i have a dbox2 and the channels keep freezing every 10 min for 20 sec or so can any body help me because its frrriging annoying

sorry second question i want to save my image onto my pc and then load it on another dbox2 can somebodyl tell me step by step how to do this or if anybody can sort it out for me and lives in east london and does this day in day out i come and drop it off and charge me what you would

Try changing the Ucodes to eliminate the freezing.

To back up your image.

Depending on what image you have, go to

dbox
services
Blue button (backup/flash)
Yellow button (backup one partition)
flash without bootloader
the image will then be in the tmp folder when connected to pc.

Above may be different for different images but will basically be the same when in services menu, it may have expert functions menu to go into for some images.

I have the same problem mate. Tried all Ucodes, epg off and no background scan on and still no joy. Anybody know if the signal levels are ok. BER 30. SNR 62000. SIG 41000 and I'm in the Liverpool area. Oh and I'm using Gavs-tuxbox-FTA x2 image. I think this image is excellent. It would be a shame if I had to change it.

hi mate what i did was reflash the dbox with another image and its working perfect im not a expert at this but for me this sorted the problem out
