Connecting dbox 2 to laptop

Hi all as above says,i've now caught up with technology and i'm now using a laptop rather than a pc and was wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction as to how i connect my dbox 2 to a laptop that's running on Vista as my PC had XP on it this Vista is all new to me. The only connection i have on it is ethernet/cross over network cable and that is all.Any help would be appreciated

use flashxp or something similar to ftp your files over. you can ftp a image into temp folder of dbox and flash the image from the remote
