    Backup Copy

I want to make a backup copy of my dbox but are unsure how.

Im using FlashFXP. When i select all folders in the vars folder how do i copy them to my pc?? Ive tried selecting them but when i hit right mouse button theres no copy option to paste them to my pc.

Ive also tried selecting and dragging them to a folder on my pc but also had no joy, anybody point me the right direction please??

    Cheers,

On flashfxp, the right hand panel, the icons at the top, theres an icon with a orange arrow and a green arrow going in a circle, highlight what you want and click that, it will then transfer it to the left hand panel. you should set the left side panel to whatever folder you want to save it to.

A quick way is to use a program called ImageBackup 2.4. says it's for Neutrino images and will backup/restore an image of size 8,257,536 bytes. I've never had problems with it over the last four years.
