how to update commando 12 online?

please can someone help me.
i have seen this asked by a load of people but can not see an answer anywhere.
if it is easy to find i am sorry but i can find it.
i have installed commando 12 & searched for channels on uk brute force get about 300 transponders but after search no channels.
i have seen that commando 12 needs an online update to get correct transponders.
but i dont know how to do an online update my box is connected to the net but i cant see anything in the menu to connect to internet & do an online update.
please help my head is battered by this it sounds so easy but i cant do it.

it's ok all done found out myself by pissing around with remote.
all you do is press the blue button not the menu button as i was doing then commando menus come up.
yes it is easy but if you dont know that the blue button does that you would never know.
