Had SKY 1 now lost after scan???

As above I had SKY 1 this morning done a scan again and now it's gone?? But I still have SKY 2 and 3 and the other new ones.Any ideas what's went wrong? Scanned again but nowt!!!

Slow scan will
And turn off section scan as well .............Paul

Channels are dependant on your signal strength. If you have a low or high signal channels can disappear after a scan. Channels should come back on their own as you watch other channels or else you can try to scan at another time of the day.

Thanks guys,one more wee thing I'm still getting BBC London rather than BBC Scotland even though I've ot the correct services for my area in ie North Lanarkshire. Any suggesstions plz. The wife canny get watching the Scottish news,River City etc!!

DUh me I can't find section scan and fast scan on/off on Enigma v3 image i've got on my box just comes up UK CABLE SCAN SCAN ALL.!!!

Sky one is on low power in Merseyside at present, scan in a couple of hours everything should be OK.

SS3 scans in the background so it should come back and appear in your all services bouquet with an excalmantion mark in front of it !

or you can take the atttached cables file, trim out those you dont want leaving just yor area and rescan in around 2 mins

If your location is set then you may find that the BBC Scotland channel is listed as BBC Audio or something like that (I can't remember the exact channel name off the top of my head as I am in work)

Hi mate just in from work so sorry for the delay. I tried the suggestion and in the BBC AUDIO there is BBC SCOTLAND but when I press to go onto the channel all I get is a blank screen and nothing else. I still get BBC LONDON for some strange reason!!!!
But I'm getting STV no bother.

I have the same problem. Im in a TW area, got all the other sly channels but not sly1. I have done a scan and it has not even picked it up. Any suggestions ie frequency etc etc ???

Scan now, Sky1 as just went on full power at 6.10pm in TW area.

Hi mate just got back in and doing a scan now will let you know if I get it back,but still having problems with getting BBC Scotland as I'm getting BBC London!!!!

Still can't pick up sly 1 here in Bristol

Done my scan mate and still no SKY1 here in Motherwell,down the bottom left hand corner i've got a yellow N highlighted on SKY1 but not SKY2 OR 3 and still no BBC Scotland

All can say is it working fine in my area, at 6.10pm was getting a very poor signal... then it cleared perfectly, check all your connections! and bitrate if needbe add it manually.
