I'm in Ireland and have got myself a subscription to UPC, just added the Sports channels today with the new season coming.
I also have a collection of boxes from pre N3 days, namely my DBox2 and a Kryptview.
My UPC box is one of those recording ones, but only has a cable input, not output and a usb and an ethernet connection at the back.
It is ?5 a month for an extra box for another room, but i'd like to know is it possible for me to utilise one of the boxes i have, id much prefer that than having them sitting idle.
For instance, is there any way i can maybe use the card from UPC to get the dbox going everyday? or am i not going to be able to utilise it.
I was hoping i could run a feed from the UPC box, up to the dbox, but alas there is no output on it.
Any suggestions would be welcomed,
