sound but no pic

hi guys. i have sound on my box but no picture. the scart is fine has any one had this problem before.

you say the scart is fine, but i would deffo try a differnet scart and make sure its not a loose connection.

hi mate. have tried a different scart and still the same have the channels and sound but no picture just a black screen

Try changing the Ucode
From 001a to 0014
Or Visa versa and lets know the Results .....Paul

This used to happen to me when I used a certain cam. I think there is only one cam which works these days though.

hi paul i dont know whats going on with it. im getting a pic now but its streaming across and not focusing.

i give up. i think this be a scart problem from inside the box.

I had exactly the same problem and was going mad, eventually I just did a factory default, then auto scan, went thru the 1570 turned on and presto all came on

Thru the menu - settings - look for factory default
