Don't think it'll work like that mate,

For that to work you'd have to schedule all your programs to zapto in your dbox and then manually set all the times on the dvd recorder to record.

You'd be better of buying a NAS (Can pick up a 1tb for about ?150), using an image that supports it (like blade quade) you can scedule all the programs you like and they'll record directly to your new drive. You can then watch back through your Dbox.

Or just set up a cifs share and direct record to your pc. Overview is:

      1) set up shared folder on pc.
      2) mount the network cifs share under settings --> network --> mount network drive (make sure its writable).
      3) under settings --> recording select "direct recording" and also put in path in direct record settings.
      4) Change ucode to 0014.

You'll just need to remember to leave your pc switched on while your away!
