Unable to select provider

Hi all was running lakey pro and was grand, decided to flash with new lakey FTA image, ftp keys/emu and neutron folder to new image and nothing. Selected location service scan and couldnt select provider stuck on VM also saying roms disable any suggestions ( running Dbox2 sagem

At the moment all c***e boxes have gone off.
