How do you download the key code file, keeps saying I dont have permission

Right finally got the keymaster. Then since I'm on virgin I will use the TW codes? Then I get through menu, system settings, system info, press ok, 0, but then how do I actually input the code nothing happens it just shows negravision, biss and some other things...
I heard someone mention negravision above so I went into that but still no clue how to enter, any help much appreciatedComment

yep ddigital box. OK so what I've tried is pressing menu, system settings, system info, then goin on nagravision and choosing provider as 5A 01 SABC (I read on another post somewhere this was the one I should be choosing, but not 100% there are abt 15 different ones to pick from). This brings up the key entering window, so entering the two TW keys off the keymaster program (Im on virgin media in liverpool area), but I dont know what two characters to put under index?
Just doesnt seem to be working, I turn it on and off and still blank.
