Sagem Dbox2 with Neutrino

Got a used dbox2 from eBay today. I am completely new to this. So please help me with setting this up,

The Dbox is for satellite, it got neutrino image which is from 2008, seems to be bit old. I managed to change the network setting and I can ftp into the box. Also the language is in German and its making it more difficult to navigate thru' the menus.

Now where can I get a copy of the latest Neutrino image?.
Is it possible to take a backup of the present image and restore it later?. just in case if the flashing goes wrong.

So which folders I need to back up?

Is this neutrino enigma etc. something on top of the Linux OS already in the system?.

I flashed it to PB- Enigma. It was fine initially, though I didn't get any channel.

But after a restart it says "Unknown Service" in the Dbox display. How can I restore this?. Still got the FTP connectivity?

Havent run this image on a sat box
Just set it for 28 e
And rescan .
You should be able to see free to air channels .........Paul

But it says "Unknown Service" in the Dbox display and I can't access any menu. I can access via FTP for few mins but after sometime that also get disconnected....
